**AYURVITAM STORE - Shipping Policy**


At Ayurvitam Store, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms of delivery.


### 1. **Shipping Locations**

   - We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

   - For remote or rural locations, delivery times may vary. In case we are unable to deliver to your address, we will inform you at checkout.


### 2. **Shipping Charges**

   - **Standard Shipping**: Free shipping on orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping charge of ₹20 will be applied.

   - **Express Shipping**: Available at an additional charge of ₹150 for faster delivery (only available for select pin codes).


### 3. **Delivery Time**

   - **Standard Shipping**: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

   - **Express Shipping**: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

   - Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen factors such as public holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.


### 4. **Order Processing**

   - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

   - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.


### 5. **Order Tracking**

   - After your order has been dispatched, you can track the shipment using the tracking link sent to your email or SMS.

   - You can also track your order through the “My Orders” section of your Ayurvitam Store account.


### 6. **Undelivered or Delayed Orders**

   - In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at support@ayurvitamstore269@gmail.com. We will provide updates and work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

   - If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.


### 7. **Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders**

   - COD is available for select locations. There may be an additional handling charge for COD orders, which will be communicated at checkout.

   - Orders placed with COD will require payment at the time of delivery.


### 8. **Damaged or Missing Items**

   - If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing from your order, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

   - Please provide clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging for us to resolve the issue promptly.


### 9. **International Shipping**

   - Currently, Ayurvitam Store only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


### 10. **Change of Address**

   - If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
