   - **Wallets**: Paytm, MobiKwik, Freecharge, and other supported wallets.

   - **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: Available for select regions and products. A minimal handling fee may apply.

### 2. **Payment Security**

We take your security seriously. All payments made on Ayurvitam Store are processed through secure and encrypted gateways, ensuring the safety of your personal and financial details. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

### 3. **Order Confirmation**

   - Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. In the case of COD, the order will be confirmed immediately, but verification may be required.

   - You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the details of your purchase.

### 4. **Failed or Declined Transactions**

   - If your payment fails or is declined, please check with your bank or payment provider. You may retry the transaction or choose an alternative payment method.

   - If the amount has been deducted from your account but the order has not been confirmed, please contact our support team with the payment reference number for assistance.

### 5. **Refunds and Cancellations**

   - Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products (where applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

   - For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfers, and bank details will be requested for the same.

### 6. **Taxes and Additional Charges**

   - All prices displayed on the website/app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

   - For COD orders, an additional handling fee may be charged at the time of delivery. This will be communicated during the checkout process.

### 7. **International Payments**

   - Currently, we only accept payments from Indian-issued bank cards and payment services. We do not accept international payments.
